A creamy and rich dessert combining the flavors of tiramisu and cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  5. Fold in mascarpone cheese, coffee, and coffee liqueur.
  6. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cheesecake.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, add more brewed coffee.
  • Let the cheesecake chill overnight for best texture.
  • Use room-temperature ingredients for a smoother filling.
