- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Thai red chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
