- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until soft.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, and cayenne. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, yogurt, and garam masala. Cook for 5 more minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
