- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then stir into the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush half the teriyaki sauce over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Brush with remaining sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
