  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
  3. Brown the chicken thighs on both sides for 2-3 minutes each.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and secure the lid.
  5. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then allow natural release for 5 minutes.
