  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Pour half the batter over the crust.
  5. Mix strawberry puree with cornstarch, swirl into the batter.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Cool before serving.
