Crispy and flavorful chicken wings cooked in an air fryer with a sticky lemongrass chili glaze.

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix lemongrass, chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade until evenly coated.
  4. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Brush with extra marinade and cook for another 5 minutes until sticky and crispy.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before marinating.
  • Adjust chili sauce for spiciness preference.
  • Marinate for longer for deeper flavor.
