- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp lemongrass, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix lemongrass, chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chicken wings in the marinade until evenly coated.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush with extra marinade and cook for another 5 minutes until sticky and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before marinating.
- Adjust chili sauce for spiciness preference.
- Marinate for longer for deeper flavor.
