Ingredients
Scale
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 large bell pepper (any color), cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup cherry tomatoes
Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Add the steak cubes to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated steak, bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers, alternating ingredients.
Grill the kebabs for 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add mushrooms or zucchini to your kebabs.
Adjust the grilling time based on your preferred steak doneness.
These kebabs are excellent served with rice or a side salad.
