Delicious no-bake s’mores cheesecake bars with a graham cracker crust, creamy filling, and chocolate topping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a lined pan.
  2. Bake crust at 325°F for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread filling over crust. Chill for 2 hours.
  6. Top with melted chocolate and mini marshmallows.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows toast. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use a kitchen torch for even toasting.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
