A creamy and easy slow cooker chicken Alfredo with broccoli. Perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Pour heavy cream over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Add broccoli and Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
  7. Cook for another 30 minutes.
  8. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  9. Mix pasta with the Alfredo sauce and serve.
