A simple and quick vegetable stir-fry served with rice, perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
  6. Serve stir-fried vegetables over cooked rice.
