A quick and healthy vegetable stir fry packed with fresh veggies and savory flavors. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in snap peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Toss everything together and cook for 1 more minute.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
