  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Spread brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  5. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter mixture over the brownie batter. Swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely before slicing.
