  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 10 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
  4. Fold in sour cream and chopped Oreos.
  5. Pour mixture over crust and bake for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
