  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 Oreos (crushed, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crumbs with melted butter.
  3. Press mixture into cupcake liners.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
