  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of 12 mini cheesecake pans or cupcake liners.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and alcohol-free vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly among the prepared crusts.
  5. Chill the cheesecakes for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and chocolate syrup, then sprinkle with chopped pecans.
