  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
