A creamy and decadent no-bake Oreo cheesecake, perfect for a quick and easy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips, if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Notes

  • For extra Oreo flavor, add 1/2 cup chopped Oreos to the cheesecake filling.
  • This cheesecake can be made a day in advance.
