A creamy and decadent no-bake cheesecake featuring a crushed Oreo cookie crust and a rich, smooth filling loaded with Oreo pieces. This dessert is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups (about 18) Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup (56g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces (452g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
  • 12 ounces (340g) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup (about 12) Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine the finely crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually beat in the milk until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  5. Fold in the coarsely chopped Oreo cookies.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
  8. Slice and serve cold.

Notes

  • For best results, ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing to prevent lumps.
  • You can garnish the cheesecake with additional crushed Oreos or chocolate syrup before serving.
  • This cheesecake can be made a day in advance.
