Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the filling over the crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
  5. Top with blueberry pie filling before serving.
