  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush each fillet generously with the miso glaze.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  6. Broil for 1-2 minutes for a caramelized top.
