  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks.
