A juicy and crispy whole roasted chicken made easily in the air fryer.

- 1 whole chicken (3–4 lbs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder, then rub evenly over the chicken.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
- Place the chicken breast-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- Flip the chicken breast-side up and cook for another 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use kitchen twine to tie legs together for even cooking.
