  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 1/2 lb sliced salami
  • 1/2 lb sliced ham
  • 1/2 lb sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the Italian bread lengthwise and hollow out the center slightly.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread.
  4. Layer salami, ham, and provolone cheese inside the bread.
  5. Add banana peppers and black olives.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the filling.
  7. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  8. Wrap the sandwich in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes to crisp the bread.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
