Quick and easy shredded chicken made in an Instant Pot, perfect for tacos, salads, and sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  2. Add chicken broth and seasonings.
  3. Close the lid and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  4. Once done, allow natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release.
  5. Shred chicken with two forks.
