Ingredients

  • 34 lbs chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 56 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice

Instructions

  1. Place chuck roast in the Instant Pot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  3. Add butter, pepperoncini peppers, and pepperoncini juice.
  4. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 60 minutes.
  5. Allow natural pressure release for 15 minutes.
  6. Shred the meat and serve.

Notes

  • Use a good-quality chuck roast for best results.
  • Adjust cooking time if using a larger roast.
