- 3–4 lbs chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5–6 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
- Place chuck roast in the Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
- Add butter, pepperoncini peppers, and pepperoncini juice.
- Close the lid and set to high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 15 minutes.
- Shred the meat and serve.
