Instructions

  1. Rinse beans and remove any debris.
  2. Add beans, water, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and bay leaf to Instant Pot.
  3. Seal lid and set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  4. Allow natural pressure release for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove bay leaf before serving.
