- 500g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Shape mixture into meatballs (about 20).
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Serve warm with extra honey and soy sauce if desired.
