  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add salmon pieces to the marinade and coat evenly. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add salmon pieces, discarding excess marinade.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until salmon is opaque and slightly caramelized.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
