Sweet and smoky grilled pineapple slices drizzled with a warm honey cinnamon sauce, perfect as a dessert or side.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/2-inch thick rings
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the pineapple rings directly on the grill grates.
  3. Grill for 3-5 minutes per side, or until grill marks appear and the pineapple is slightly caramelized.
  4. While the pineapple is grilling, combine the honey, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
  5. Remove the grilled pineapple from the grill and arrange on a serving platter.
  6. Drizzle generously with the honey cinnamon sauce.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes
