  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet rapid-rise yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Coarse salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl
  2. Add warm water and melted butter, stir until dough forms
  3. Knead dough for 5 minutes
  4. Divide dough into small bite-sized pieces
  5. Boil each piece in water for 30 seconds
  6. Place on baking sheet, brush with beaten egg
  7. Sprinkle with coarse salt
  8. Bake at 425°F for 12-15 minutes until golden
