Delicious gluten-free pumpkin donuts perfect for fall. Made with real pumpkin puree and warm spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, egg, butter, and milk.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill donut pan cavities 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra flavor, dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon.
