Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix gluten-free flour, sugar, butter, and egg to form a dough.
  3. Press dough into a greased pizza pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. Let crust cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Spread mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Arrange fresh fruit on top.
  8. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
