  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add melted butter, milk, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread softened butter over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly.
  7. Roll dough tightly from the long side.
  8. Cut into 8-10 slices and place in a baking dish.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
