Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes is a hearty dish featuring tender steak pieces and crispy potatoes cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce.

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove potatoes and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add steak bites and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Return potatoes to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
