Make extra crispy chicken wings in your air fryer with minimal oil. These wings are perfectly seasoned and come out crunchy on the outside while staying juicy inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
  4. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes, flip the wings, then cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Check the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Serve hot.
