  • 1 cup white rice, cooked
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning and water.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Layer rice in bowls and top with seasoned beef.
