Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, toss to coat.
  6. Cook for another minute, then serve hot.
