A quick and delicious pasta dish with tender chicken and savory Parmesan cheese.

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
