  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
