A quick and flavorful chicken stir fry with crisp vegetables and a savory sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return chicken to the pan, add soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve hot.

Notes

  • Use any vegetables you prefer.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of sesame oil before serving.
  • Serve with rice or noodles.
