- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread 1/4 cup enchilada sauce in baking dish.
