- 1 lb beef strips (sirloin or flank steak)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Heat oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
- Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, add garlic, bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Return beef to the pan and pour sauce over. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
