- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp cold butter
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into muffin tin.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crusts.
- Combine apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, and cold butter. Sprinkle over cheesecakes.
- Bake 20 minutes. Cool before serving.
