Creamy dulce de leche cheesecake bars with a buttery crust.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, dulce de leche, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
