- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, dulce de leche, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
