  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Add potatoes, onions, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the crock pot.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  3. Use a potato masher to slightly break down the potatoes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until melted.
