Crispy homemade tortilla chips made quickly in the air fryer with minimal oil.

Ingredients

  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut tortillas into triangles.
  3. Toss tortilla pieces with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Flip halfway through cooking.
  7. Let cool before serving.
