A quick and easy way to make crispy salmon in the air fryer with minimal effort and maximum flavor.

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat salmon dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil evenly over salmon.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and dill on both sides.
  5. Place salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy and internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
