A delicious and easy-to-make crispy air fryer chicken coated with Parmesan cheese.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken and cook for another 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
