  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh in the flour mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place chicken in the air fryer, leaving space between pieces.
  7. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  8. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes
